Hurricane Florence – Jacksonville, NC

As a direct subcontractor to Environmental Chemical Corp, Anders Environmental provided high voltage power crews to reenergize Camp LeJeune and Camp Cherry immediately following Hurricane Florence in 2018. Anders Environmental was able to mobilize over 150 linemen, bucket trucks, tracked man lifts, sawyers, tree climbers, and support equipment to quickly remove storm debris from utility corridors and provide both bases with power immediately following the storm.

“Our men drove through the storm to get to Camp LeJeune prior to Florence making landfall, stayed the night directly in the storm, woke up and started working the very next day. We did everything in our power to support ECC and the Navy’s rebuilding process. We floated new power poles across rivers and transferred materials in high clearance trucks across flooded roadways.”
